Meaningful ceremonies celebrating new arrivals, family connections, significant milestones and new chapters in life.
All ceremonies are developed in consultation with clients and are subject to availability and individual booking arrangements.

4. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking will only be confirmed when Tapestry Moments has accepted the booking and any agreed booking requirements have been completed.
Before confirmation, clients will be provided with relevant information concerning the ceremony, fees, payment arrangements and applicable Booking Terms & Conditions.
Our separate Celebrant Booking Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Tapestry Moments and clients purchasing celebrancy services.
5. Fees and Pricing
We aim to provide clear and transparent information about our fees.
Any prices displayed on this website are intended to reflect our current published rates.
Final fees will be confirmed before a booking is accepted and may vary depending on the nature of the ceremony, location, additional services requested and agreed travel arrangements.
Any additional charges will be explained before the client agrees to proceed.
We reserve the right to amend published prices. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at an agreed price.
6. Legal Status of Ceremonies
Wedding Ceremonies
Tapestry Moments provides personalised celebrant-led wedding and commitment ceremonies.
In England and Wales, a wedding ceremony conducted solely by an independent celebrant does not, by itself, create a legally recognised marriage.
Couples wishing to become legally married must complete the necessary legal formalities through an authorised registration process.
Tapestry Moments will explain this distinction when discussing wedding arrangements.
Funeral Ceremonies
Tapestry Moments provides funeral and memorial celebrant services but does not act as a funeral director.
Arrangements concerning the care and transportation of the deceased, cremation, burial and other funeral director responsibilities remain with the appropriate service providers.
